We develop a high-performance calculation algorithm to reconstruct the 3D atomic image of the "3D active-sites" in the highest reliability with high resolution. In addition, we will also study the reconstruction methods for the 4D atomic image changing with time.
[TARGET 1]Construction of common 3D analysis platform
The produced software platforms from the hologram as measured by the technique group A02 in order that the 3D atomic images reproduced were uniformly performs the active-site, to construct the active-site database.
[TARGET 2]Development of the system for measuring holograms with high precision and low noise
We build measurement and control systems for high-precision hologram with low noise.
[TARGET 3]4D atomic image reconstruction with high resolution
We develop a reconstruction method for high-resolution 4D atomic image chainging with time, and provide them to the researches of phase transiton and catalytic process of “3D active-sites”.
